Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained the limelight after her appearance as a Disney XD actress in the sitcom Pair of Kings. She has acted in several films and television shows during her professional career. She's always been a theatre enthusiast from the age of a child. The first time she was exposed to acting included plays staged by community theatres. Her first TV part at 13. Her surname was changed to 'Chow and 'Chow' in the year 2017, accusing Hollywood stereotypes. The actress was criticised for denouncing her Chinese heritage by the media. She is currently a Columbia University student studying human rights. Her distinct and many characters have made her sought-after within Hollywood. According to the reports it is believed that she is among Hollywood's promising young actresses.

Barbara was one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, produced her main role in Always and Forever. The film was telecast on the Hallmark Channel multiple times in 2009. On the road she hosted shows of Ballroom with a Twist the innovative new series that features various celebrity emcees, dancers and emcees from Dancing with the Stars. Barbara is also a regular in a role that she reprises regularly on the show on Lifetime. Army Wives TV series guest-starred on ABC's George Lopez enacted a recurring part on Sabrina: The Teenage Witch performed across the country in Neil Simon's female-centric version in The Odd Couple and starred onstage alongside Hal Linden and separately with Larry Hagman in Love Letters that toured important cities across The United States. Barbara appeared on the stage at The New Theatre in Kansas City Missouri, in the musical Social Security. The show was on for the whole time in Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
