Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American singer and actress with Dutch origin and is the daughter of a Dutch native. She is known for her work in the theatre and also for starring as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars in pop/R&B renditions of the Lion King's Circle of Life (from The Lion King) as well as Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Creates ("A Dream Is a Wish made by your heart") for special releases of both films. For an edition of Disneymania in the year 2006, van derPol covered the Disney classic Candle on the Water. The song A Change in Me the famous song from Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was written by her in connection with the character she played in Belle van der Pol.
